Do I get confirmation that PSA has received my order?
You will not receive a separate confirmation. Your confirmation is this copy of this submission form.
Do I get regular updates on the progress of this order?
We do not send out regular updates. You will be able to check the status of order by CLICKING HERE.
What do I pay per card?
The price per card is dependent on the value of the graded card. If it exceeds the threshold that it is sent under, PSA will charge you the proper amount based on the corresponding service level. Therefore you could see a change in price when your invoice has been received compared to what you initially submitted at.
How Do I Pay for my order?
You do not pay for your order until it has been completed. At that time you will receive an invoice via the email you provided. Your payment options will be on the invoice.
What methods of payments can I make?
E-transfer is the best. All major credit cards are accepted with a minimal service fee.
What else do I need to pay on top of the grading fee?
Charges on the invoice will include the grading fee, your Provincial HST, base $65 shipping (1-10) cards and $1.50 for every additional card after.
How is my package shipped?
Shipping will be with a major courier service (UPS, Purolator, Fedex) overnight service (Dependent on the courier as there are sometimes delays). PO Boxes will be shipped via Canada post.
Are my orders insured during shipping ?
Your submission is covered for the amount you input in your declared values while in our possession to PSA (Santa Ana) and back to us at PSA Canada. When shipping back to you within Canada, the max insurance is $1000.
